Kebabs, cooked every day.

A kebab takeaway in North London — and equipment, staff training and set-up for new kebab shops across England, Scotland and Wales.

Our shop

A local kebab shop

Planet Restaurant & Kebab is a kebab takeaway in North London, open every day of the week.

We cook halal doner, grilled kebabs and the usual takeaway favourites, every day of the week. Running our own shop day to day is also what our opening support is built on — the equipment we recommend and the routines we teach are the ones we use behind our own counter.

  • Open every day, 10am – 8pm

For new shops

Opening a kebab shop?

You can take as much or as little as you need from us — a single doner machine, a full kitchen, staff training, or a hand through the whole opening.

A phone call away when something needs sorting — equipment, menus, staff routines or suppliers.

Training

Training your team

Training is practical and done at the counter, not in a classroom. We go through the jobs your staff will do every day.

  • Building, cooking and slicing doner
  • Using the grill and fryers safely
  • Prep, portion control and stock rotation
  • Day-to-day food hygiene and cleaning routines
  • Serving customers and handling busy periods
  • Opening and closing the shop

We recommend that food handlers also hold a recognised food hygiene certificate. We can point you to suitable courses.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you only work with shops in London?

No. We are based in London, but we supply equipment and give training and support to new shops across England, Scotland and Wales.

Can I just buy equipment, without the other services?

Yes. You can come to us for one doner machine or a whole kitchen. Training and opening support are optional.

Where does the training take place?

Either in our shop or in your own shop once the equipment is in. We will agree what suits you best.

Do you take online orders?

Not through this website. Please come in to the shop, or call us on 020 7281 5786.

How do I get a quote for a new shop?

Email info@planetkebab.co.uk with the town, the size of the premises, a rough budget and your target opening date — or simply give us a call.

Planning a kebab shop?

Tell us where and when. We will tell you honestly what you need.
